1.Application Principles

If you need to change your dorm due to health issues, roommate ralationships or other reasons, submit an application through the Student Affairs Management System:https://sa.bnbu.edu.cn/.

2.Processing Principles

2.1 After you apply, the Student Affairs Office will decide within 7 working days to either swap dorm spots with another student, arrange a move to an empty bed/room, or withdraw the application after mediation.

2.2 We generally don’t accept applications requesting a whole empty room-such as for single occupancy or moving into an empty room with other students.

2.3 We generally don't process applications from students in other grades that involve beds (including empty ones) reserved for graduating students (seniors and those extending their studies).

3. Dormitory Adjustment Process

1.Application Portal

(1)PC：Submit your dorm adjustment request at Student Affairs Management System(https://sa.bnbu.edu.cn/)using your email and password..

(2)Mobile(Enterprise WeChat)：Workspace → Student Affairs Management System

2.Operation Guide:

(1) Go to "Dorm Life" → "Dorm Applications & Adjustments" → "Dorm Adjustment Request".

(2) Click "Add" → Enter your details → Select adjustment preferences → Submit.

(3) Room type changes may require extra payment or a refund.

(4)Handle check-out and check-in procedures:Complete check-out AND check-in within 7 days after approval.
