1. Purpose
The purpose of the Excellent Graduate Award is to motivate students to maintain academic excellence throughout their four years of undergraduate study at BNBU and to inspire graduates to pursue outstanding academic accomplishments in their future endeavors.

Full-time undergraduate graduating students of BNBU
3. Application Method
No application is required, as eligible candidates will be considered automatically.
4. Scholarship Quota

Each Faculty/School is allocated a quota each year (see the table below).

7. Selection Criteria
The primary selection criterion for the Excellent Graduate Award is the candidate's cumulative GPA (cGPA) ranking upon graduation, reflecting overall academic performance throughout their undergraduate studies. For details on the selection process, including the procedure in the event of a tie, please refer to Section 8 below.
8. Selection Process
a)The Faculty/School offices sort the cGPA of the undergraduate graduating students from highest to lowest and submit the nomination list to the dean for preliminary review.
b)Under normal circumstances, the graduate of each Faculty/School with the highest cGPA upon graduation will be nominated. In the event of a tie, the Faculty/School should conduct an interview to determine the most outstanding candidate for nomination.
c)The list of nominated students shall be submitted to the Undergraduate Scholarship and Financial Aid Committee (USFAC) for final endorsement.
d)The list of scholarship recipients approved by the USFAC should be published on the Student Affairs Office website for public review for no less than three weekdays.
e)The Student Affairs Office notifies the scholarship recipients and follows up on scholarship disbursement.
f)The Undergraduate Scholarship and Financial Aid Committee reserves the right of final interpretation of the scholarship recommendation and selection.
9. Conditions for Scholarship
Awardees of the Excellent Graduate Award in any given year are not allowed to hold the First Class Award or the Second Class Award or Honor concurrently.
10. Termination of Scholarship
Candidates will be deemed ineligible for the award if they have received a written warning or a more serious disciplinary penalty for violating university regulations or laws during their university years, unless the penalty has been lifted.
