我是來自香港的邓美结老師，很喜欢和不同文化的人相处和共事。在美国从事社会工作多年后，回到了中国，加入BNBU这个大家庭。BNBU是一所博雅型的大学，十分重视学生的全人发展。作为文雅苑的舍監，我希望同学们勤学好问，通文达理。所以在新的学年，我和宿生会一定努力，全力支持同学们參与各項有益的学习活动，以培養良好的品格和人文素質。

My name is Maggie Tang. I was born in Hong Kong. I had been a social work practitioner for years in the United States. I enjoy working with people of different cultures. After 16 years in the United States, I came back to China in 2011. I am very glad to have the opportunity to serve BNBU students here. I share with BNBU’s mission. I highly value the development of the whole person. I believe deeply in my responsibility to help our students build not only intellect, but also character. In the coming year, I am looking forward to working with our students and support their participation in a variety of intellectual, social, athletic and recreational activities.

Mr. Dejan STOSIC

My name is Dejan, everybody call me Coach. It is my privilege to introduce myself as your new Associate Warden. While you may know me as a professor or the basketball coach, I see this role as a natural extension of my life's work: developing young people into leaders, both on and off the court.

For over three decades, my profession has been to identify potential, build systems for growth, and guide athletes to their highest level—from designing national training camps for the Chinese Women's National Team to scouting and developing youth talent for and in  professional clubs. My core philosophy has always been holistic: true excellence is a blend of skill, character, intellect, and resilience.

What does this mean for our dormitory?

It means I intend to apply a coach's mind to our shared living environment. My goal is not simply to manage, but to mentor and inspire. I believe a dormitory should function like a championship team: a supportive community built on mutual respect, clear communication, and a shared commitment to growth.

My "Game Plan" as Your Associate Warden:

Drawing directly from my coaching playbook, I will focus on creating a culture of discipline, teamwork, and continuous improvement. This semester, I will facilitate a series of engaging activities designed to build our community and develop life skills.

My door will always be open—not just for issues, but for conversations about goals, strategy, and growth. I am here as a resource, a guide, and a fellow member of this community.

I am deeply committed to ensuring our dormitory is a place where every student feels supported, challenged, and connected. Let's build a winning culture together.
